Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years of HR experience in an HRBP or consultative role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management and investigations.
• Experience advising leaders across different state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Strategic Business Partner translating priorities into HR strategies.
• Anticipate workforce needs and strengthen organizational performance.
• Provide guidance balancing employees, business needs, values and risk.
• Partner with HR colleagues to deliver an integrated HR experience.
• Coach leaders on relations, performance, change, and leadership practices.
• Lead employee relations including investigations and documentation.
