Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience at Senior HRBP or HR Manager level.
• Experience in PE/VC backed, high-growth tech companies preferred.
• Hands-on compensation, international HR, and HRBP ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders as a trusted HRBP and drive performance and talent initiatives.
• Own compensation and total rewards programs, including international elements.
• Lead policy standardization while respecting local jurisdictions.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline HR workflows and reporting.
