DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Manager to deliver strategic HR leadership across distribution centers and regional offices nationwide. You will partner with senior leaders, drive people initiatives, and coach teams while ensuring an engaging workplace.

The role focuses on executing HR programs, change management, and providing insightful analytics to leadership. A strong background in HR metrics and systems is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience across major HR functions.
• Experience partnering with senior management.
• Knowledge of HR Metrics and HR systems/databases.
• Experience with data analytics and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel to business leaders on people-related issues.
• Lead a team delivering full life-cycle HR support.
• Collaborate with leaders to embed people elements in business strategy.
• Monitor employee engagement and coach associates at all levels.
• Manage people impacts of organizational change projects.
