Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Manager to provide strategic HR counsel to business leaders nationwide. You will lead an HR team delivering full life-cycle support, partner with senior leaders, and drive people initiatives across distribution centers and regional offices.

The role emphasizes engagement, change management, and rigorous HR practices. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and strong expertise in HR metrics and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required (4 years of work experience may be substituted)
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
• 5+ years HR experience across major HR functions
• Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the company
• Experience partnering with senior management required
• Knowledge of HR metrics and HR systems/databases preferred
• Experience with labor law and HR best practices preferred
• Experience leading organizational change deployments preferred
• Experience with investigations and data analytics preferred
• Experience with onboarding and trainings preferred

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and solve issues with business leaders
• Lead a team providing full life-cycle HR support
• Collaborate with leaders to embed people strategy in the business plan
• Monitor employee engagement and pulse for a high engagement level
• Provide coaching to associates at all levels in a consultative manner
• Manage people impacts of organizational change projects
