Job summary

Quince is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead on-site HR for our warehouse operations in North America, overseeing 250–450 hourly, temp, and full-time staff. You will drive strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance, reporting to the Director, People - North America.

This role requires a hands-on approach, strong knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to partner with warehouse leadership to improve safety, performance, and engagement.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in an HR Manager or HRBP role, onsite in a warehouse/operations setting.
• 2+ years HR experience in a distribution center or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, compliance, and frontline workforce dynamics.
• Proven track record in employee relations, investigations, and frontline performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite HR lead and business partner to warehouse leadership.
• Own employee relations, compliance, and investigations for on-site staff.
• Partner on workforce planning, staffing models, and shift-based org design.
• Support leadership in designing performance incentives and org design.
• Translate onboarding, offboarding, and training norms for frontline teams.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws, including OSHA.
