Job summary

Quindar seeks a People Operations Manager to own the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through ongoing support and offboarding. This hands-on role blends HR, hiring, events, workplace programs, and compliance to sustain a structured, compliant people function aligned with our culture.

You'll partner with managers to maintain accurate records, drive performance and compensation processes, and build scalable programs as Quindar grows, while maintaining a strong employee experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of people operations, HR, recruiting, or related work.
• Experience independently managing multiple stages of the employee lifecycle.
• Experience in startup, tech, aerospace, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment practices and compliance.
• Ability to manage recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Strong organizational skills, communication, and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, changes, leave, benefits, and offboarding.
• Be a trusted point of contact for employee questions and records.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, renewals, and communications with brokers.
• Support performance, compensation, engagement, and development processes.
• Assist managers with employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Build scalable processes to preserve quality employee experience as the company grows.
• Maintain relationships with HR, payroll, benefits, recruiting vendors.
