Job summary

Quince is seeking an HR Coordinator for our Carneys Point, NJ location to provide frontline HR support across day and night shifts. The role focuses on administrative accuracy, compliance, and service delivery with exposure to 24/7 warehouse operations.

You will handle timekeeping, onboarding/offboarding, records in HRIS, scheduling, and reporting while ensuring a positive associate experience and adherence to wage/hour rules.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR, payroll, or administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to learn HRIS, timekeeping, and workforce reporting tools.
• Clear, professional communication with employees at all levels.
• Occasional coverage of night or weekend hours for 24/7 support.
• Experience supporting hourly populations in warehouse, retail, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of wage/hour compliance; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for associates’ HR inquiries.
• Own timecard administration and wage/hour compliance.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes and orientation logistics.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting.
• Assist with investigations, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Provide support for engagement activities and training logistics.
• Act as a consistent HR presence across day and night shifts onsite.
