Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking an HR business partner to oversee full-cycle HR operations for a warehouse cluster in the United States. The role partners with business leaders on workforce planning, owns recruitment fulfillment, and supports onboarding and integration for new hires.

You will lead monthly performance check-ins for supervisors and above, manage frontline attendance reconciliation, and drive engagement and safety initiatives across multiple warehouse locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in North America.
• Fluent in English and able to work as a full language in all business contexts.
• Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills; empathetic and proactive.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the HR business partner for the warehouse cluster, overseeing full-cycle HR operations.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and headcount needs; own recruitment fulfillment rate and time-to-fill.
• Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with new hires, support onboarding and integration.
• Lead monthly performance check-ins for supervisor-level and above, ensuring evaluations and resource visibility.
• Manage labor vendor relationships and attendance reconciliation for frontline workers.
• Plan and execute employee engagement and culture activities across locations.
• Oversee warehouse safety training to ensure safe operations and regulatory compliance.
