Quince is seeking an Area Manager for the Returns Warehouse, Night Shift. You will lead a team of associates and leads, driving safety, quality, and performance across daily operations while implementing process improvements.

You will mentor staff, manage labor to meet productivity targets, and collaborate with peers to optimize the fulfillment network. This role demands strong leadership, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management, or related field (or equivalent).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Proven ownership, accountability, and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of associates and leads with high engagement, performance, and safety.
• Oversee day-to-day fulfillment center activities to meet productivity and customer experience goals.
• Support safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance to maintain a safe workplace.
• Identify and drive Lean/Six Sigma process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other Area Managers to balance labor and optimize shifts.
• Review forecasts and KPIs to ensure production targets are met.
• Train and develop team members to enhance skills and workflow.
• Uphold compliance policies including food safety and regulatory standards.
