Responsibilities

• Act as company representative at management appeal interviews.
• Represent the company at management grievance appeal interviews and tribunals.
• Assist in company training programs and develop employee presentations.
• Prepare reports and analyze labor and disability data.
• Ensure managers are updated on legal changes and HR directives.
• Support regional HR activities and respond to employee relations queries.
