Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Human Resources Manager to provide HR generalist support for the corporate staff and Centers of Excellence (COE). This role will manage and administer key HR processes and partner with leadership to drive people initiatives.

The ideal candidate has HR certification preferred, strong MS Office skills, and 5–7 years of HR experience, plus a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR.

Qualifications

• HR certification preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• HR planning and organizational development experience desired.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
• Employment relations experience including investigations and resolution development.

Responsibilities

• Issue resolution and recommendations for COE including hotline response, investigation and follow-up.
• Employee engagement initiatives and coordination of engagement activities.
• Talent acquisition coordination for corporate programs.
• HR metrics reporting and analysis.
• Benefits and payroll assistance as needed.
• On-boarding programs and initiatives.
