Job summary

Orion Castings, a premier die casting manufacturer, seeks an experienced HR Manager to guide human resources for multiple MA/NH sites. You will lead employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and compliance while partnering with plant leadership to drive workforce strategy and ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing HR experience, strong analytics, excellent communication, and the ability to manage cross-site priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Manager.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and/or multi-state operations.
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred.
• Experience partnering with plant leadership to support objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR Manager for multiple locations in MA/NH and partner with site leaders.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, coaching, and performance improvement.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Administer compensation, salary planning, and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Develop HR metrics, workforce planning, and audits across sites.
• Coach managers on leadership, engagement, and organizational change.
