Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is hiring a Human Resources Manager to support our Moorestown, NJ facilities and surrounding sites. This role leads HR strategy and hands-on operations, partnering with plant leadership and employees to align people programs with business goals.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing HR leadership experience, strong employee relations, workforce planning, and the ability to coach leaders while managing multiple locations across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience at the managerial level or similar leadership role.
• Strong employee relations experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting.
• Ability to influence and coach leaders at all organizational levels.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Independent; primary HR presence for multiple locations.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR leader supporting multiple manufacturing and distribution locations.
• Provide coaching and oversight to an HR Business Partner and ensure consistent HR support.
• Advise plant leadership on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Manage investigations, corrective actions, terminations, and policy interpretation.
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness and HR processes across sites.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, and talent development.
