Job summary

Confidential Careers seeks an experienced Dual Site Human Resources Manager to support two manufacturing locations and act as a trusted advisor to site leaders. This on-site role in East Greenville, PA drives talent strategies, employee relations, and workforce development across both sites.

You will partner with management to ensure policy compliance, lead investigations, and support engagement initiatives while traveling up to 25% across East Coast facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Five+ years of progressive HR experience in roles such as HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager.
• Experience supporting two locations within a manufacturing/operational environment.
• Proven partnership with leaders in a fast-paced business setting.
• Experience managing HR activities across multiple locations while balancing site needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies for workforce planning, retention, development, and succession.
• Serve as primary HRBP for two sites, ensuring consistent policies and practices.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and actions.
• Collaborate with managers to attract, assess, and select talent for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Identify workforce needs to support current and future business demands across both locations.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and solutions.
• Support compensation initiatives, job evaluations, and job description reviews.
• Lead or participate in employee investigations and corrective actions with compliance.
• Partner with leaders to support engagement, development, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
