Ultimate Staffing in Houston seeks an experienced HR Manager to join a leading engineering consulting team in the Bellaire area. Starting compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. This is an excellent direct hire opportunity with competitive benefits and room for growth.

The role is 100% onsite, demanding strong knowledge of employment law, recruiting, employee relations, and HRIS systems to support a growing organization."

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience with recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS systems (Paycor, ADP, UKG preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead all HR functions including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, training, and policy development for a growing organization.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for exempt and non-exempt employees while building talent pipelines and partnering with leadership on workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, payroll regulations, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, and HR best practices.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, engagement initiatives, performance reviews, training programs, and succession planning efforts.
• Administer HR policies, benefits programs, leave management, HRIS systems, retirement plans, and employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
