Job summary

The successful candidate will manage multi-state payroll, benefits, and HR analytics while driving performance management and employee engagement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as ADP, Paycor, or UKG.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Oversee multi-state payroll, employee records, and HR compliance reporting.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
• Manage performance reviews, employee training, and development initiatives.
• Administer employee benefits, health savings accounts, retirement contributions, and leave management (FMLA/ADA).
• Develop and implement HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to management.
