Job summary

Quietflex Manufacturing Co., LP in Houston, TX is hiring an onsite Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations. You will engage in staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and development activities while ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEOC and internal policies.

The role requires strong communication, investigative skills, and collaboration with management to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• SHRM or HR certification preferred.
• 3+ years HR experience, preferably in high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between line management and HR; support daily HR department activities.
• Support staffing, recruitment, employee relations, engagement, compensation, benefits, development, training, and EEO initiatives.
• Conduct investigations into complaints and sensitive issues with recommended actions.
• Assist with HR policy/procedure development and dissemination.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate HR records.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, and EEOC; participate in audits.
