Job summary

The position emphasizes coaching, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration to support manufacturing operations and organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive HR experience.
• One year of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership including timekeeping, policy adherence and issue resolution.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal; multilingual a plus.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to HR team to implement staffing, regulatory processes and employee relations initiatives.
• Coach leaders and front-line staff on conflict resolution and compliance with laws.
• Drive recruitment, selection and succession planning for internal customers.
• Oversee salaried recruiting, interviews and offer processes in Workday.
• Deliver HR-related training on performance management and employee relations.
