Job summary

World Courier seeks a Senior Director, HR M&A to lead HR due diligence and post-close integration efforts across complex transactions. This U.S.-based role collaborates with Corporate Development, IMO, and HR Centers of Excellence to drive workforce strategies that support business objectives.

Remote or hybrid work is possible with quarterly travel to Conshohocken, PA, to align with on-site teams. A strategic thinker with strong data analytics, leadership, and change management skills will excel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Global M&A transactions, HR, strategy or consulting.
• Deep expertise leading HR due diligence and integration planning.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Experience across HR, strategy, transformation, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end HR due diligence to identify workforce risks and opportunities.
• Develop and execute HR integration strategies, workforce readiness, and talent initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce with transaction goals.
• Provide strategic guidance on labor and employment considerations during deals.
• Partner with executives to enable Day 1 readiness and value realization.
