Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Director, HR M&A to lead HR due diligence and integration efforts for transactions, partnering with HRBPs, HR COEs, and cross-functional teams to identify people-related risks and opportunities.

This U.S.-based role can be remote or hybrid, with quarterly travel to Conshohocken, PA; you will design workforce, talent, and organization solutions to accelerate integration and value realization through Year 1 and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Global M&A transactions, HR, Strategy or consulting.
• Deep expertise leading HR due diligence and integration planning.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR due diligence for M&A including risks and opportunities.
• Develop HR diligence workplans with governance, milestones, and updates.
• Design and execute HR integration strategies and Day 1 readiness.
• Align workforce and organization design with transaction goals.
• Partner with Legal to oversee HR-related transaction activities.
