Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Director, HR M&A to lead end-to-end HR due diligence and integration initiatives across transactions, partnering with Corporate Development, the Integration Management Office, HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to deliver people-focused value realization.

This US-based role can be remote or hybrid with quarterly travel to Conshohocken, PA, and requires shaping talent strategies, workforce readiness, and organizational design to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in Global M&A, HR, Strategy or consulting.
• Deep expertise in HR due diligence, integration planning, and workforce transition.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR due diligence activities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Develop HR integration strategies and Day 1 readiness plans.
• Align workforce, talent, and organizational change with transaction goals.
• Provide strategic counsel on retention, governance, and risk mitigation.
• Drive organizational design and change initiatives across HR functions.
• Monitor milestones and risk mitigation throughout sign-to-close and post-close.
