Cencora seeks a Senior Director, HR M&A to lead HR due diligence, integration planning, and workforce readiness across high-stakes transactions, collaborating with Corporate Development, HR COEs, and business leaders to realize value through Year 1 and beyond.

This U.S.-based role can be remote or hybrid, with quarterly travel to Conshohocken, PA; you will design people strategies, manage risks, and drive talent initiatives to support Day 1 readiness and long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field is required.
• Master's degree, MBA, or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Global M&A transactions, HR, Strategy or consulting.
• Deep expertise leading HR due diligence, integration planning, and workforce transition activities.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Experience across HR, strategy, consulting, organizational effectiveness, transformation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end HR due diligence activities to identify risks and opportunities across transactions.
• Develop and manage HR due diligence workplans, governance, risk assessments, and executive updates.
• Lead HR integration strategies, workforce transition plans, and Day 1 readiness initiatives.
• Assess organizational impacts, talent, and change readiness to enable successful integration.
