WTW is seeking an HR Mergers and Acquisitions Senior Analyst to support multinational clients on HR and people-related issues during corporate transactions. You will work with experienced consultants on due diligence, integration projects, and related activities across global teams.

The role emphasizes data collection, analyses, and delivering high-quality client work while meeting project deadlines and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience on corporate transactions/global HR benefit programs or related areas.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to ask questions and seek help when needed.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to mergers & acquisitions project delivery including data collection and analyses.
• Assist in drafting deliverables and project plans.
• Maintain client communication and meeting schedules.
• Help develop new tools and approaches and monitor market conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Support in proposals and responses to RFPs and sales efforts.
