Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office knowledge; strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations.
• Experience with ADA, PWFA, FMLA and state accommodation laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized HR advice to management and teams within the leave and disability space.
• Manage complex ADA cases and accommodation requests from intake to closure.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure compliance and timely resolutions.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory and policy requirements.
• Develop and implement effective processes and workflows for case handling.
