Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking an experienced Integrated ADM Specialist to lead ADA and PWFA processes and oversee FMLA and STD claims in a primarily remote role for U.S. clients.

You will guide claimants, collaborate with HR and medical providers, and ensure compliant, timely decisions while mitigating legal risk. In this role, you’ll manage complex leave cases, document assessments, and support return-to-work plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct experience managing Leaves, STD and ADA/PWFA claims.
• Ability to work online in a paperless environment.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of ADA, PWFA, FMLA and state leave laws.
• Experience with self-insured Short Term Disability (STD) plans and company leave policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage FMLA and other federal/state leaves and STD/claims.
• Manage ADA and PWFA claims and advise on accommodations.
• Conduct case assessments via phone or email with employees and HR.
• Develop return-to-work plans and support planning.
• Review medical documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Inform claimants of required documentation and claim status.
• Communicate case updates with employer representatives.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Perform other projects as assigned.
