TD is seeking an HR Specialist to support the US Leave and Disability Benefits team. You will provide specialized analysis, consultative HR services, and deliver ADA-related solutions to enable business goals.

Responsibilities include end-to-end ADA casework, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes and support talent management initiatives.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree.
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong understanding of risk management environment, standards and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized HR analysis and consultative service for own area of expertise, and develop, design and deliver HR solutions.
• Manage end-to-end ADA casework including intake, assessment, documentation, implementation and closure of cases.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as organizational policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver optimal customer service.
• Develop, deliver and maintain training materials, reports and procedures for new policies and processes.
