Job summary

Oncourse Home Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior HR professional to own the end-to-end leave and accommodations process. You will partner with Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to ensure compliant transitions from onboarding to time away and return to work.

This hybrid role is based in Naperville, IL, with in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday/Friday, supporting a multi-state footprint and complex employment authorization matters.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on leave administration across multiple states.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws.
• HRIS proficiency, especially UKG Pro.
• Experience with third-party leave administrators.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of leaves (FMLA, ADA, state leaves, etc.).
• Lead ADA interactive process and accommodations.
• Coordinate with TPA and Legal for compliance.
• Own Form I-9 administration and E-Verify.
• Maintain confidential, audit-ready employee records.
