You will own onboarding, leavers, benefits coordination, and leave programs (ADA/FMLA), while mentoring managers, handling payroll inquiries, audits, and HR system usage across the global organization. This role blends operations, generalist duties, and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• BA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in HR policies and regulations (global experience preferable).
• Experience in interacting with clients.
• Understanding of the need for accurate and timely management information.

Aufgaben

• Manage onboarding process from contracts to benefits coordination.
• Handle leavers and changes in employee terms.
• Oversee absence and leave programs including ADA/FMLA.
• Maintain HR records and data in HR systems.
• Provide HR analytics and reporting for management.
