Job summary

Fluor Corporation in Greenville, SC, is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead the office and the Eastern region. The role directs HR programs, partner relationships, and compliance initiatives across multiple functions, including recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.

You will collaborate with leadership to develop workforce planning, organizational development, and change initiatives, travel may be required to support project sites in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in HR or related field.
• 12+ years of HR leadership experience; 16+ years if no degree.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal HR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and communicate with HR leadership to influence, develop, implement and manage policies, programs and services across multiple HR areas.
• Interface with all levels of the organization to coordinate and oversee HR activities.
• Maintain close working relationships with operational management to ensure HR services meet company needs.
• Facilitate HR mission goals across teams to support the business.
• Develop and manage workforce planning strategies.
• Provide leadership in organizational development and change implementation.
• Other duties as assigned; travel to other offices and project sites may be required.
