Fluor in the United States is seeking a Human Resources professional to deliver HR services, answer employee questions on policies, and maintain personnel records. The role supports hiring, talent development, compensation administration, and other HR duties within a compliant framework.

The successful candidate will manage data in HR systems, communicate with management and staff, and handle confidential information with discretion while contributing to HR projects across the organization.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree and four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious, efficient work habits.

Responsabilités

• Maintain thorough knowledge of personnel policies and procedures.
• Input personnel/position changes and other information (e.g., salaries, locations, authorized access, etc.) into computerized databases.
• Update and maintain various logs/reports.
• Assist in hiring procedures, implementation of talent development activities, compensation administrative duties and other HR tasks.
• May interface with groups inside and outside the organization.
