Qualifications

• Combination of education and related experience equal to four years.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job-related technical knowledge to complete the job.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain employee/contractor records (electronic and hard copy).
• Maintain information in databases and HRIS.
• Assist higher level staff with ad hoc statistical summaries and HRIS reports.
• Develop understanding of HR standards, policies, programs and goals.
• Administer and process HR documents.
• Prepare invoices/remittances for payment; reconcile invoices.
• Other duties as assigned.
