Fluor is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources for the Greenville, SC office. You will lead HR programs and policies for the office and the Eastern region, partnering with HR leadership to drive recruitment, compensation, performance, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree and 12+ years HR experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of local, state/federal statutes and guidelines
• Detail-oriented and time-conscious

Responsibilities

• Lead HR policies, programs and services for the office and region
• Interface with all levels of the organization to coordinate HR activities
• Develop and manage workforce planning strategies
• Provide leadership in organizational development and change management
• Support compliance and employee relations across the Eastern US
