Job summary

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of HR leadership, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and deep knowledge of employment law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• At least 3 years in HR leadership, HRBP, or senior HR generalist roles.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day HR operations and service delivery across HR functions.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, performance issues, and corrective actions.
• Coach managers on employment practices, development, policy interpretation, and performance.
• Develop and implement HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development programs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members while supporting strategic HR initiatives.
