Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience including strategic HRBP with director-level leaders in global org.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic HR partner for assigned business functions.
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy.
  • Coach leaders through employee relations, performance management, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Identify talent needs, succession opportunities, and long-term workforce planning strategies.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives to strengthen performance and engagement.
  • Utilize workforce data to identify trends and recommend practical solutions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to align hiring strategies with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Compensation, Talent Development, HR Operations, and leaders to deliver integrated people solutions.
  • Support annual performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations while balancing business needs.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and organizational health.
  • Act as a trusted advisor who challenges thinking and helps leaders solve complex business challenges.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner who brings executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence leaders at every level of the organization.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, helping leaders make sound business decisions through thoughtful people strategies while balancing organizational goals with employee experience.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting business leaders within complex, global organizations and is comfortable navigating ambiguity, organizational change, and rapid growth.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the strategic HR partner for assigned business functions.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders by providing thoughtful guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy.
  • Coach leaders through complex employee relations matters, performance management, organizational change, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to identify talent needs, succession opportunities, and long-term workforce planning strategies.
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives that strengthen business performance and employee engagement.
  • Utilize workforce data and business insights to identify trends and recommend practical solutions.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring strategies align with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Compensation, Talent Development, HR Operations, and business leaders to deliver integrated people solutions.
  • Support annual performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations while balancing business needs.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, organizational health, and employee engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor who challenges thinking, influences decisions, and helps leaders solve complex business challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting Director and VP-level leaders within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with Director, Vice President, and executive-level leaders.
  • Experience supporting business functions within a multinational or global organization.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility and influence without direct authority.
  • Proven experience coaching leaders through organizational change, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies to business objectives.
  • Experience interpreting workforce metrics and using data to support decision-making.
  • Working knowledge of California employment law and multi-state employment practices.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is preferred.
