Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Manager for NACF, partnering with site and regional leaders to drive strategic HR outcomes. You will lead a high‑performing team, champion safety, inclusion and service, and balance automation with human insight while delivering scalable solutions across multiple sites and regions.

The role requires onsite leadership at a facility, strong data‑driven decision making, and enterprise‑level business partnership to translate people strategies into site execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of human resources leadership or related senior operations experience.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees.
• Experience leading onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Proficiency in HR data analysis and translating metrics into actions.

Responsabilidades

• Own and create sustainable HR strategies to improve attrition, attendance and engagement.
• Partner with business leaders on decision making, hiring, retention and performance.
• Collaborate with centers of excellence and shared services to scale solutions.
• Align site priorities with broader goals, focusing on diversity and inclusion.
