Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader for a high-profile, 100% travel project in Northern Louisiana. The role will manage the full HR lifecycle, partner with management, and lead a team of HR professionals on-site to ensure compliant, proactive people programs across operations.

Require a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years HR experience with supervisory responsibilities; PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited program; minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience and 3 years supervisory experience.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full HR lifecycle: recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training, and benefits.
• Lead one or more HR Generalists/Administrators and oversee performance.
• Advise leadership on labor relations strategy and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Oversee talent acquisition plans and onboarding for project and BU, in collaboration with HQ Talent Management.
• Work with department heads to develop sourcing and recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
• Coordinate with third-party labor providers and facilitate labor-management relations.
