Job summary

Turner Construction Company, Dallas Main, seeks an HR leader for a 100% travel, on-site project in Northern Louisiana. You will manage full employment life cycle, recruit, train and develop HR staff, and advise leadership on labor relations while ensuring legal compliance across the program.

You must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of HR experience with supervisory responsibilities; bilingual abilities and construction industry exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 7 years HR experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• PHR/SHRM-CP preferred; bilingual abilities beneficial.
• Construction or large-scale project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employment life cycle including recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training and benefits.
• Advise leadership on labor relations strategy and workforce risk; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop HR Generalists/Administrators across locations; support project needs.
