Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Human Resource Manager for a skilled labor workforce on a major technology project in Northern Louisiana. The role leads HR services across recruitment, employee relations, and talent development while ensuring policy compliance.

You will oversee HR Generalists on the project, liaise with management and legal, and drive an exceptional employee experience within a safety-conscious construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of progressive HR experience, plus 3 years of supervisory experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Construction or large organization experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and Lean culture alignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employment life cycle including recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training, and benefits.
• Lead and develop one or more HR Generalists/Administrators on the project.
• Advise leadership on labor relations strategy and workforce risk.
• Partner with HR Director and legal counsel on complex labor matters.
• Support talent acquisition plans for campus hires and experienced professionals.
• Promote D&I and company culture across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
