Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage the full employee lifecycle for an advanced technology project in Northern Louisiana. This on-site role requires frequent travel and close collaboration with project leadership to recruit, develop, and support a skilled labor workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years HR experience and 3+ years supervisory.
• PHR/SHRM certification preferred.
• Bilingual.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Lean/continuous improvement mindset a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote culture, diversity, and inclusion across the company.
• Advise management on policies and labor laws and regulations.
• Define goals for client group and improve department efficiency.
• Deliver an exceptional employee experience and engage with employees on-site.
• Lead and develop HR Generalists/Administrators across locations.
• Liaise with Third Party Labor Providers on labor relations matters.
• Advise on labor relations strategy and risk with leadership and legal counsel.
• Assist Talent Acquisition planning and recruitment processes for project/BU.
• Develop sourcing strategies with department heads and managers.
• Participate in staffing meetings and workforce planning.
• Support salary planning and merit submissions for BU supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.
