Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage the full employment life cycle on a major Northern Louisiana project. This role requires partnering with project leadership to drive talent acquisition, employee relations, and labor relations strategy across one or more business units.

You will lead HR Generalists, ensure compliance with local and federal laws, and champion a proactive, inclusive work environment on site. Travel is required 100% for project duration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or similar certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English and another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full employment life cycle including recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training, and benefits.
• Lead one or more HR Generalists/Administrators on the project with opportunities for expansion.
• Advise leadership on labor relations strategy and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Partner with labor providers and management to maintain productive workforce relations.
• Support talent acquisition planning for campus hires, experienced hires, and internal mobility.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and performance through data-driven insights.
