PriceSenz LLC in Frisco, TX seeks a hands-on Senior HR Leader / HR Director to steer the full HR lifecycle and advise executive leadership. You will shape people strategy, organizational development, compensation programs, and compliance.

The ideal candidate operates at both strategic and execution levels, bringing deep experience in executive compensation and HR leadership within Technology or ICT environments. Fully onsite in Dallas.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
15–20 years of progressive HR experience.
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly desirable.
Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite

Mansioni

Serve as a strategic advisor to executive management on all HR-related matters.
Administer and manage employee benefit programs and compliance.
Lead open enrollment and educate employees on benefits information.
Ensure compliance with federal/state employment laws and regulatory changes.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies for consistency.
Partner with senior leadership to identify staffing needs and recruit top talent.
Oversee investigations into employee relations issues and recommend actions.
Drive performance appraisal processes and coach managers.
Design and implement performance improvement plans.
Identify training needs and develop development programs.
Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
