Job summary

DuraServ is seeking an on-site HR Manager at our Corporate location in Coppell, TX. The role partners with managers to translate policy into practice, advises on employee relations, and drives adoption of HR programs during a period of rapid growth and acquisitions.

You will manage HR programs designed by specialist teams, use HRIS/data dashboards, and support integration of acquired employees into the DuraServ culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR or related business experience with line managers
• Experience with HCM/HRIS platforms and workforce reporting
• Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, rapid growth, or other major changes

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with line managers and translate HR programs into practical actions
• Advise managers on workforce and employee-relations matters with judgment
• Guide managers through talent processes: onboarding, performance, reviews, succession, development, engagement and retention
• Drive adoption of HR programs, processes, and technologies across the organization
