Job summary

Related Digital is seeking an HR Director to advise the CEO and leadership on people decisions to scale the business across corporate offices, project sites and remote locations. You will be based in Dallas or New York and report to the Head of HR Business Partnering.

You will lead onboarding, relocation, workforce planning and organizational design, partnering with Talent Acquisition and Corporate HR to drive talent strategies as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR experience including organizational design and workforce planning.
• Experience supporting a distributed workforce across corporate, site, and remote employees.
• Ability to advise senior executives and handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Builder’s mindset with ability to set direction and deliver independently.
• Strong project management, organization, time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise CEO and leadership on organization design, team structure and role clarity.
• Build workforce plans with leaders and Talent Acquisition for platform and site teams.
• Strengthen onboarding and relocation practices; coordinate with IT, facilities and HR teams.
• Lead performance management, talent reviews and succession planning with Corporate HR.
