Job summary

Related is seeking an HR Director to advise the CEO and leadership on people decisions to scale the business across corporate offices, sites and remote locations. Based in Dallas or New York, you will lead onboarding, relocation, workforce planning and leadership development while partnering with total rewards and employee relations teams.

You will drive talent reviews, succession planning and compensation processes, align with Corporate HR, and help connect employees across locations through

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of relevant HR experience, including organizational design and workforce planning.
• Experience supporting a distributed workforce that includes corporate, field or project-site, and remote employees.
• The judgment and communication skills to advise senior executives, work effectively across levels and handle confidential matters with discretion.
• A builder’s mindset: you can set direction, personally deliver the work and adapt as priorities change.
• Strong project management, organization, time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders as the business scales on organization design and structure.
• Build workforce plans with leaders and Talent Acquisition reflecting development pipelines and hiring priorities.
• Own onboarding and relocation programs across locations and improve tools and processes.
• Lead performance management and talent reviews with Corporate HR.
• Coordinate compensation processes and market analysis with Corporate HR.
• Shape town halls, communications and events to keep a distributed workforce connected.
