Jobot is seeking a Director of HR in Dallas to lead HR strategy, talent acquisition, and benefits administration for a global technology logistics business. You will drive HR initiatives, oversee payroll and HRIS usage, and ensure legal compliance while partnering with leadership to shape a high-performance culture.

The role requires a strong executive HR background, expertise in labor law, and a proven ability to manage complex HR operations across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with at least 3 years in an executive role.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience with 401K administration, recruiting and health benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment for all personnel and hiring processes.
• Manage HR policies, procedures and programs.
• Administer HRIS to maximize system capabilities.
• Administer benefits programs including retirement, medical, dental and vision.
• Oversee performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state HR requirements.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
• Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems and pay structures.
• Maintain a positive work environment with pay surveys and budgets.
