Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Human Resource Manager to lead the full HR lifecycle for a skilled labor project in Monroe, LA. You will partner with business leaders, manage HR Generalists, and ensure compliant, strategic HR support on site.

You will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training for multi-location teams, with travel as required. This is an in-person, project-focused role offering leadership opportunities in a dynamic construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a relevant field.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or similar certification preferred.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Supervisory experience and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage full HR lifecycle for project staff including recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training, and benefits.
• Serve as strategic partner to project leadership and manage HR Generalists/Administrators.
• Advise on labor relations strategy and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Lead talent acquisition and onboarding for campus recruits and hires.
• Support salary planning and compensation administration with BU leaders.
• Foster a positive employee experience and connectivity on site.
