Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Sr Analyst of HR Systems to partner with stakeholders, analyze complex HRIS problems, and configure Workday solutions. The role may also provide secondary support to other HR systems and requires hands‑on Workday configuration across multiple modules.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, collaboration across teams, and the ability to train partners on new processes and functionality while maintaining data integrity in HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of Workday experience in 3 modules/areas with hands‑on configuration.
• Proficient in Workday Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and analyze complex HRIS problems and configure Workday solutions.
• Manage agile workflow, backlog, and train partners on new processes.
• Develop standard reports and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
• Stay current on HRIS trends and participate in HRIS user groups.
• Assist with other HR systems and projects as needed.
