Qualified Staffing is hiring a Senior HR Generalist & Recruiter for our client in Macon, GA. This on-site role entails leading full-cycle recruitment and partnering with leadership on HR initiatives to strengthen employee experience and workplace culture.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR generalist/recruiting, strong employment-law knowledge, and experience with manufacturing or multi-site workforces. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in combined HR generalist and recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting multi-site/manufacturing workforces.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for various roles (manufacturing, technical, professional).
• Develop postings, source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers.
• Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and create recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Provide guidance on policies and conflict resolution.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Support engagement programs and internal communications.
• Assist with performance reviews and policy updates.
