Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Experience handling employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across multiple departments.
• Partner with HR Managers across multiple facilities on employee relations, recruiting, performance management, investigations, compliance, and HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Managers to implement company-wide HR programs, initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support and administer performance management processes, including coaching managers and facilitating employee development.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, extending offers, and onboarding.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with compensation, benefits administration, leave management, and employee wellness initiatives.
• Support disciplinary actions and terminations with consistent policy application.
• Partner with operations leadership to improve employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning.
• Analyze HR metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with policy development, implementation, and communication.
• Support safety initiatives and collaborate with EHS teams when appropriate.
• Participate in special HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel between company locations or attend off-site meetings, recruiting events, and training sessions as needed.
