Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin, or equivalent.
• 5+ years progressive HR management experience, manufacturing experience preferred.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Ability to handle complex employee relations with maturity and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Georgia labor law, EEO, and compensation analysis.
• Experience with large HRIS systems and MS Office.
• Change management capability and ability to influence organizational change.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead location recruiting end to end: sourcing, screening, hiring, onboarding.
• Collaborate with site leaders to assess workforce needs and build pipelines.
• Partner with local schools to support staffing requirements.
• Coach supervisors on performance conversations, real-time feedback, and corrective actions.
• Establish strong HR presence with shop floor employees.
• Manage employee relations complaints and conduct investigations per labor laws.
• Drive monthly recognition initiatives and manage related budget and feedback.
• Monitor hourly pay competitiveness and support compensation analysis.
• Interpret company policies to ensure consistent application.
• Participate in audits and deliver ethics training.
• Consult with HR team on non-routine questions to align region.
